Directions:

• Scoop a slightly heaped teaspoon of tea into an infuser or straight into a mug of ‘just off’ boiling water.
• Allow it to steep for between 5 and 10 minutes, strain and enjoy.
• Honey or lemon can be added if desired.
• This tea can be enjoyed as an iced tea with fresh fruit juice to sweeten if needed.
• The homemade iced tea can be made as above and then just chilled.
• Alternatively, iced tea can be made via cold infusion.
• For cold infusion, add a room-temperature mug of water to your tea.
• Place in the fridge for 24 hours, strain and enjoy.
• Enjoy one or two cups a day.
