Directions:

• For Hair & Scalp Combing:
• Add a dropper full of oil to your hair treatment or apply directly to the scalp, using circular motions to massage the oils into the scalp.
• With the comb, use gentle pressure to make slow, sweeping motions from the top of the forehead, over the scalp and down to the base of the head.
• Massage the back of your hair and the hair roots on your neck in the same way.
• Repeat this motion 5 times in each position, moving your starting point from the centre of the forehead down towards the ear.
• Use the flat side of the hair comb to massage and relax your neck muscles.
• Continue until you feel relaxed. 

For Body Combing to Target Cellulite Areas:

• Apply a generous amount of stretch mark and cellulite serum to the skin on the area you wish to massage.
• Start at the arms, stomach, and then the legs.
• Start on the right-hand side of the body, and with the comb, use gentle pressure to make slow circular motions up the body with the teeth end of the comb and then the smooth end. The motions should flow sideways away from the spine or downwards away from the head.
• Repeat the motion a few times, keeping your strokes long and steady.
• Move to the next area to continue the massage.

For General Body Combing:

• Apply a generous amount of oil to the skin on the area you wish to massage.
• Start at the chest and then move down to the arms, stomach, and legs.
• Start on the right-hand side of the body, and with the comb, use gentle pressure to make slow, sweeping motions along the skin. The motions should flow sideways away from the spine or downwards away from the head.
• Repeat the motion a few times, keeping your strokes long and steady.
• Move to the next area to continue the massage.

Tips for Effective Gua Sha:

• Apply medium pressure throughout the massage. Pressure that is too light may not provide adequate stimulation, while too much pressure can lead to discomfort or bruising.
• The Gua Sha comb should always flow sideways away from the spine or downwards away from the head.
