This product is wonderful. I've been using it in my home made smoothies for about a year now and it leaves you feeling so healthy and refreshed once consumed. If you like your greens then the taste is not bad, but even better when you mix it with the Buttanut Almond milk and some bananas for extra flavor. Love this product and would recommend to anyone as part of their health journey.

I mixed this Carmien Blend into a jar with the Health Connection Berry/Beetroot Superfood Mix and... instantaneously uplifting. Clearer mind and well-being. My eye vision even improved. Love it. I good well balanced mix added to my daily health routine.
