How to make lavender sugar:

Add 1 tablespoon of culinary lavender to your food processor or mortar and pestle.
Add 2 cups of your favourite granulated sugar (we love coconut blossom sugar).
Mix at until the lavender parts of finely ground and thoroughly mixed in.

I love using edible lavender in baked goods. The packet is a bit smaller than I expected, but you don't need to use a lot at all. A little really does go a long way!

I was curious to try it with Matcha for a tea and it was absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to make desserts with this. Top quality, fragrant and fresh. A little goes a long way too, so super affordable. Really love different flavours instead of the usual chocolate or vanilla. Thank you!
