Recipe for Chocolate Oat Clusters:
Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2Tbsp ButtaNutt Chocolate Macadamia Nut Butter
  • 2Tbsp milk or nut milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or carob chips

Method:

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper & set aside.
  • Place peanut butter, milk & chocolate chips in a saucepan; cook over low heat until chips melt (about 3 minutes).
  • Stir in the oats; remove the mixture from heat.
  • Using a spoon, drop ball-shaped portions of the mixture onto your baking sheet.
  • Leave the clusters to set in refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This nut butter is so amazingly delicious! Right amount of chocolate and right amount of nuts! Perfect to top oats or any other breakfast or snacks. First time tried, will definitely repurchase.
Very chocolately and delicious. The consistency is quite runny at room temperature, so can be easily spread or even used as chocolate sauce.
Love that it can be used as a spread (when stored in the fridge) or dip (when left outside the consistency is runny).
Used to make my own nutbutter, but as of late, it has been cheaper to buy. This has become my son's and my absolute favourite.
