Directions:

External use: Dilute 5 drops in 15 drops of carrier oil like olive oil before applying topically.
Internal use: Maximum recommended dose is 3-4 drops in 1 tsp (5ml) extra virgin olive oil, taken twice a day followed by a 200ml glass of water. (Heat sensation is normal, but if this dose is too strong for you start with 1 drop & build up over time.)

Sad to see that most people do not know about the power of oil of oregano. It is my best defense against any virus, one drop in half a glass of water and that's the end of it. VERY VERY Strong. I don't quite know how people ingest it TBH. I've tried the one drop in olive oil, and it burnt the heck out of my mouth. Then I licked my lips, and they wanted to depart from face. I wiped my eyebrow and it has slowly begun to peel from my face as I must've had some Oregano oil on my finger still. I've tried in water. I've tried in honey. I cannot get it in without some torture to body parts. I now have PTSD whenever I smell the oil!

I like it because of excellent the quality, very strong. Absolutely can't live without the Oregano oil. Our household uses it for various things that come up. Treats toenail fungus (be diligent about applying often and it will cure it), also we use a few drops in water for boosting our immune system daily, and larger amounts if really fighting severe illness. It is very potent so I am careful with it. I mix a drop with about a tablespoon of olive oil, follows a glass of water.Taste is not nice at all but very effective if you use regularly. Oregano oil is Anti-Viral, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Bacterial and Amazing!

Started using 1 drop in my large mug of herbal tea every day for months and months of UTI, only been using for 3 days so far, excited to see the results! It is very very strong neat, so do be careful to add it to water or carrier oils.
