• If you notice that the seams start to get wet, the underwear has reached its saturation point, and it’s time to change.

Care Instructions:

• Wash before first wear.
• Wash after every use and rinse with cold water until the water runs clear.
• Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colours.
• Allow to flat dry in the shade.
• Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
