Directions:
Bath Soak:

• Add 1 cup of Epsom Salt to a warm bath to soothe muscle aches, reduce swelling, and relax the body.

Foot Soak:

• Fill a container with warm water, deep enough to cover up to your ankles, and add half a cup of Epsom Salt for a relaxing, odour-reducing foot soak.

Body Exfoliant:

• Mix Epsom Salt with a carrier oil and gently rub it over the skin to remove dead skin cells.
• Rinse with warm water.

Facial Exfoliant:

• Add ½ teaspoon to your cleanser and lightly massage into your skin.
• Rinse well.
• Not suitable for dry or very sensitive skin.

Hair Volumiser:

• Mix equal parts Epsom Salt and conditioner and heat gently in a small pot.
• Work the warmed mixture into your hair and leave it on for 20 minutes.
• Rinse well.

Fertiliser:

• Epsom Salt can be used as a natural fertiliser, providing essential nutrients for plant growth - especially beneficial for tomatoes, roses, and peppers.

Pest Control:

• Epsom salt can help deter pests like slugs and snails from gardens without using harsh chemicals.

Home Cleaning:

• Mixed with a bit of liquid dish soap, Epsom Salt can be used as a gentle abrasive cleaner for tiles and grout.
