I have replaced my prescription antidepressants with this product and I am very happy. No side-effects and kicks in within a day or so. I take 300mg a day, in divided doses.

Very, very good for treating my anxiety. Best product I have found and I have tried a few. Good price also doesn't add to anxiety levels :)

I am so glad I found this product. It is a mild antidepressant, and really helps with stress relief. I also find my focus is better. This is the mildest of three strengths I bought, and I use this one on days when my stress levels or emotions are lower and easier to handle. I recommend finding the right strength for your needs

Sceletium is amazing! I've stopped using SSRI's and now only use sceletium. I find this 100mg strength is great for me, I've tried a 200mg strength and totally did not work for me (even some suicidal thoughts resulted). Also, if I use 1 or 2 a day, as needed, it's fine. But if I use 3 or 4 it causes issues with constipation. The best is, if I don't feel I need it on a day, I don't take it, and there is none of the 'withdrawal' symptoms of skipping on SSRI's.

This product has helped me tremendously. I've suffered with severe anxiety and this brand of sceletium has helped improve my mood as well as controlled the anxiety.
