When I feel like I need an extra boost, I use this in the morning and it works! It's a lot easier than taking tablets and it's great for travel too.

This is the best B12 supplement. Tastes great, easy to use and y daughter and I share the bottle and it lasts us a month, so if you use it as an individual, you should get at least two months use, which is great value for money.

Hubby said it works better than the other brands he has tried and asked me to buy it again so winner I guess.

Love this stuff! I tend to stop taking vitamins especially if you're taking a millions pills a day. This is so easy and tastes great!

Sadly this product did not work for me at all. I had high hopes but it just didn't deliver. I have used other Vit B12 tablets which have worked and I can feel the difference pretty immediately.
