Directions:
- To use the Liners, lay inside the nappy (sitting closest to baby’s skin).
- Moisture passes through the liner into the nappy, solids remain on the liner.
- Remove and discard when changing nappy (cut or fold in half for newborns)
- It is important to note that although these liners are biodegradable, caution should be taken if you choose to flush the liners in the toilet, especially if you have a septic tank or older sewerage system.

Strong and absorbant. These are a decent size and stay put nicely in the nappy of an 18 month old wriggler. My only criticism is the packaging and its unnecessary plastic wrap - surely we can do better than this...
Great product. Soft and big. Only if it accidently goes into the washing machine (which I know it shouldnt), it is sticking to the other inserts, all curled up. Otherwise perfect.
Superb with cloth nappies. Really soft and comfy on baby bum. Also the perfect width to line nappy and easy tear off roll.
Durable and easy to use. I'm using disposables at night, and the liners allow me to get more than one use out of a nappy.
A must have for modern cloth diapering. Helps keep nappies from being soiled and/or stained too badly. Won't say these help all that much if baby has a runny tummy though.
I know they are flushable according to the manufacturer, but our plumbing does not react well to these.
