I have severe, multiple allergies and eczema, and after 15 years of searching I had almost given up on finding a sunscreen my skin could tolerate. Most formulas trigger a rash. This one has been a genuine life-saver. The short ingredient list and uncoated zinc (pure mineral zinc, with no synthetic coatings) calm my eczema while still giving excellent sun protection. Zinc is also known to help seborrhoeic dermatitis. I would strongly recommend it to anyone with highly sensitive skin, including those going through topical steroid withdrawal. PLEASE, PLEASE do not discontinue this product!!

This is the only sunscreen I have found which does not contain corn starch, soya, no scent or perfume (including plant extracts and natural fragrances), no preservatives, uncoated zinc (pure mineral zinc with no synthetic surface treatments or chemical coatings) and a genuinely short ingredient list. For those with severe skin allergies, eczema, who react to even the most basic ingredients, this is one of the best ointments for moisture, skin healing and sun protection I have ever used ! It also does not leave the white cast that other zinc formulas do, if you rub it in properly. It is becoming almost impossible to find. Faithful to Nature is currently the only retailer still selling it; others are discontinuing it because it apparently does not sell enough. If only more people knew how well it works, it would be flying off the shelves!
