Directions:
Diffusing:

• Diffuse 10-12 drops of The Miley Blend in your Aromatherapy Diffuser or add to your Diffuser Jewellery.

Topical Application:

• Dilute this essential oil blend with your preferred carrier oil (Amala recommends Fractionated Coconut Oil) and add the dilution to a roller bottle.
• Apply it to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears and on the soles of the feet).
• Alternatively, add to Jojoba Oil at a 2% dilution to use as a massage oil.
