Directions

Love this! Although the taste and smell is a bit strong this tincture is amazing! Has a great calming effect and helps me sleep better. Great for anxiety and insomnia.

Helps keep me calm during the day. I add it to hot water and leave it to stand to evaporate the alcohol as they suggest.

I would still recommend this as I have had good expereinces with the Turkey Tail tincture by the same brand and... well... everyone is differnt so theres a chance it may still be beneficial to others , but for me I felt no differnce , neither good nor bad , there was no effect , nothing , zip , nada :(

We use this tincture on a regular basis for balance and as an investment in future health. Medicinal tinctures can really help in disease situations, but are also very powerful at staving off illness in the future too! These are the real deal, from real plants made with love and care on the garden route, full potency.

Did not enjoy what I believe was mold in my bottle! However I carefully took it off the dropper and around the inside and off the surface of the tincture then used it anyway despite the yucky taste and I did actually notice a positive change in my hormones, wish there was more product though as half the bottle is alcohol.
