Directions:

• Wash before first use.
• Soak your bamboo whisk in hot water to soften the bristles.
• Then, using a sieve, measure 3 - 5g of matcha.
• To remove any clumps, put the matcha through the sieve.
• Use water that is between 60 - 80 ℃.
• Whisk the matcha and water in a circular motion to blend it.
• Then, whisk it in a W motion with a little bit more speed until the consistency is creamy and foamy.
